Scandic Rukahovi

Scandic Rukahovi is situated in the heart of the Ruka Ski Resort. The ski slopes and 500 km of cross-country ski trails begins just 100 metres away. Free WiFi is included.

Wonderful
renovated room with usb chargers and clothes dryer! very good breakfast. right by the lift, the lockers for snowboards and wax table included. sauna work until 21:00. free parking. close to everything
bed sheets seem to be old, i felt like my hands are always dusty

What was the highlight of Scandic Rukahovi
Love the breakfast spread but the view from the main building was average.
Breakfast was pretty good with decent amount of vegan options. Dining area was very spacious and clean. Location is quite accessible via public bus. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable about the area and dining options.
We paid extra to upgrade our rooms to the main building as it has lifts for our luggage but the window view was so-so.

What was the highlight of Scandic Rukahovi
Exceeded our excpetations with the room and the service, but below exceptations was the breakfest.
It had a wide range of foods to choose from, which all were on the healthier side. The food was fresh and came straight from th kitchen, but they werent exactly hot. However the drink selection was very good and they were all tasty.
SInce the food was organic they were lacking in taste. Almost all foods didnt have texture nor taste.

Good location, helpful staff, nice breakfast.
Facility is quite outdated. Beds are not very comfortable and the only option was a twin bed.
